Finely chopped basil (40g)
Finely chopped parsley (20g)
Finely chopped rosemary (60 leaves)
Finely chopped Onion (5g)
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/8 tsp of finely chopped hot pepper (optional)
1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a skillet on low heat, add the chopped onion, garlic, hot pepper, rosemary, and water. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Remove cover and add the chopped basil and parsley. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
3. Remove from stove. Add the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. You’ll get approx. 150 ml of sauce.
